Andrew Wilson

As Chairman & CEO of Electronic Arts, Andrew Wilson leads an organization of more than 12,000 of the most talented people in the industry in the pursuit of connecting and inspiring the world through play.

To achieve that goal, the company derives strength from its portfolio of powerful IP, its talented teams, and its growing network of more than half a billion deeply-engaged players. 

During Andrew’s tenure as CEO, EA has launched groundbreaking new experiences, reached record player engagement levels across its global franchises, and transformed into one of the world’s leading entertainment companies.

Andrew has had several roles during his more than 20 years at EA, providing leadership on product and brand development for both packaged goods and digital services. Prior to being appointed CEO in 2013, Andrew served as executive vice president of EA SPORTS and Origin where he oversaw all aspects of EA SPORTS’ business and development, as well as EA’s digital PC service. 

He has also led EA’s Online Organization overseeing the direct-to-consumer business, Asia Online Publishing, and the EA studio in Seoul, Korea. In addition, he previously served as vice president and executive producer of all EA SPORTS FIFA games, growing the property into one of the most popular video game franchises of all time.

Andrew has been named one of the “Top People in Business” by FORTUNE, one of the “Most Creative People” by Fast Company, and one of the “100 Most Influential Leaders in Marketing, Media and Tech” by AdWeek.

A native of Geelong, Victoria, Australia, Andrew is also the Chairman of the Board for the World Surf League. In his spare time, you can find him playing games, surfing and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.

A proven leader with an extensive record of growth and innovation in sports entertainment, Cam Weber serves as President of EA SPORTS, where he is responsible for a portfolio of IP and global franchises spanning global football, American football, baseball, basketball, hockey, fighting and racing.

Cam oversees the EA SPORTS portfolio, which is a major growth center for Electronic Arts, with franchises at the heart of how sports fandom is becoming increasingly interactive. More than 300 million fans are engaged in EA SPORTS games around the world, including the largest interactive sports franchise in the world in EA SPORTS FC, the best-selling sports property in U.S. video game history in Madden NFL, the EA SPORTS F1 series that is helping to drive fandom in North America, as well as additional sports and racing franchises in NHL Hockey, UFC, PGA Tour, College Football, WRC, Super Mega Baseball  and more.

Prior to his current role, Cam served as Executive Vice President and Group General Manager of EA SPORTS and also Senior Vice President and Group GM of BioWare/Tiburon, where he oversaw the development of titles created by the studios in Orlando, Austin, Edmonton, and Montreal.  His portfolio included a broad collection of games, including sports franchises such as Madden NFL, Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR, and NBA LIVE, along with many great BioWare franchises such as Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Cam joined EA in early 2009 and spent his first two years at EA Vancouver where he worked on a number of franchises such as FIFA, Fight Night (where his team launched the first story mode in a AAA sports game with Fight Night Champion), NHL, and SSX. In 2011, he joined the Tiburon studio in Orlando, and took on the EA SPORTS American Football business, including Madden NFL and NCAA Football, soon becoming the Group GM of the studio. 

Before joining Electronic Arts, Cam worked as an Executive Producer at Radical Entertainment for 11 years, building a wide variety of games as part of the Vivendi and Activision organizations. He holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, and is a former starting quarterback and captain of the university’s varsity football team.

EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Canfield is the EVP & Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts, leading the global teams responsible for EA’s financial management including Accounting, Controllership, Shared Services, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Global Audit, Tax, and Treasury.

Since joining EA in 2003, Stuart has garnered 20 years of experience across a variety of senior leadership roles in global finance, investor relations, and operations. He brings extensive knowledge of our business and the broader gaming industry, as well as a proven track record of delivering results. Prior to becoming EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Stuart served as the SVP of Enterprise Finance where he led financial analysis, planning, and strategy, along with Investor Relations and Tax. Before that, as CFO of our global studio organizations and EA SPORTS, he played a pivotal role in transforming our company.

Stuart was born and raised in England and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of London. In his spare time, you can find him road-biking, playing football, and traveling with family and friends. Stuart lives in the Bay Area with his family.

Jake Schatz

Executive Vice President, Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer

Jake Schatz serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at Electronic Arts Inc., where he leads the teams responsible for Legal Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Development, Executive Operations, Government Affairs, Player Safety & Inclusion, and Sustainability & Enterprise ESG.

Jake has nearly 30 years’ experience working globally at the intersection of law, public policy, technology, sports, and entertainment. A longtime leader at Electronic Arts, Jake previously was a commercial litigator in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Jake actively contributes to the industry and community. He currently serves on the board of the Entertainment Software Association and the board of the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Jake is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pomona College and holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

President of EA Entertainment & Technology

Laura Miele is President of EA Entertainment & Technology, where she leads EA’s portfolio of licensed and owned IP, along with the company’s central development services and CTO organizations. She is a seasoned technology and media executive with 25+ years of leadership across development, marketing, commercial, and data/analytics in the operation and strategic guidance of interactive entertainment. 

Laura has a proven track record of inspiring and developing creative teams at scale, delivering business results, and leading transformational change. Her passion for games, pop-culture, and storytelling, along with her extensive relationships with strategic partners has seen her drive long-term growth across the business. She has played a key role in the successful execution of several complex structural transformations at EA over the past decade, including leading the company’s transformation to digital delivery, expanding into new consumer demographics, and actively growing EA’s player network. She also has broad international experience overseeing commercial, creative, and central technology teams in European, North American, LATAM, China, and Greater AsiaPac markets. 

Prior to taking on the role of President of EA Entertainment in 2023, Laura served as COO. Laura has also served as Chief Studios Officer and executive vice president of Global Publishing, overseeing publishing and customer experience, and senior vice president of Global Marketing. In 2013, she was named General Manager of the Star Wars business, where she spearheaded EA's Star Wars partnership with Lucasfilm Ltd. and Disney and worked to develop a long-term vision for the collaboration and nurture a dedicated fanbase and engaged community. 

Laura is passionate about increasing the number of opportunities for women and underrepresented talent throughout the entertainment industry and ensuring the games EA makes represent the diversity of our global players. She founded the EA Women’s Ultimate Team ERG to promote gender diversity and equity inside and outside the organization. She also created and championed an inclusive design framework, which includes a core set of filters designed to challenge our thinking and help creators develop more inclusive characters and stories throughout the game development process. 

She has been recognized on AdAge’s “Women to Watch” and “30 Most Powerful Women in Sports” lists, San Francisco Business Times “Most Influential Women in Business,” and the Variety500, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global media industry.

In 2022, Laura was appointed as a Governor of the British Film Institute. She is a member of Fast Company’s Impact Council, the Paley Media Council, and the NAACP Entertainment Advocacy Council, an Advisory Board Member for The Game Awards, and previously served on the board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Mala Singh

Chief People Officer

Mala Singh is the Chief People Officer at Electronic Arts (EA), where she leads a team focused on developing the company's talent and cultivating its culture. Mala is responsible for translating the company strategy into a talent strategy that attracts, engages, develops, and retains the people necessary to power the future of interactive entertainment.

Within the People Experience Team, Mala oversees various critical areas, including Business Partners, People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She also has responsibilities for the company’s Real Estate, Physical Security, and Workplace Experience teams.

Mala has played a crucial role in shaping the culture and experience for our Electronic Artists, navigating the changing nature of work and the workplace while building a culture of accountability. Her team plays a significant role in delivering an engaging and empowering employee experience at EA.

Before re-joining EA in this role, Mala spent three years as Chief People Officer at Minted, where she helped to define the culture and grow the creative and technical teams during a high-growth period for the startup. Before spending five years in HR leadership roles at EA, Mala began her career in the global pharmaceutical and insurance industries, serving in Human Resources roles based in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Marija Radulovic-Nastic

Chief Technology Officer, Creative & Development, Electronic Arts

Marija Radulovic-Nastic is the Chief Technology Officer, Creative & Development for Electronic Arts where she leads the teams building creative tools and solutions for game makers and players around the world. Marija is responsible for all aspects of technology across EA Entertainment and EA SPORTS, from long term technology strategy, to short term execution and risk mitigation plans. She oversees a portfolio of business units including Frostbite, Data and Insights, Growth Strategy, Creative Technologies, CTO Operations, and EA’s advanced research group, SEED. Collectively, shaping the future of interactive entertainment by harnessing data and technology to accelerate and empower creativity and the next generation of games.  

Prior to being appointed CTO, she served as SVP of Development Technology and Solutions and prior to that, led strategic initiatives at EA Canada, including art and engineering outsourcing, product quality enhancements, and studio online and launch readiness. During her tenure with EA, Marija has held various roles including Director, Creative Services at EA Vancouver and Senior Development Director responsible for EA worldwide technology development in North America. Prior to EA, Marija spent 10 years in business software development.

Marija was born and raised in Belgrade, where she went on to complete her university studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade. She moved to Vancouver and made Canada her home in 1993, originally attracted to the qualities of West Coast life, such as skiing and other outdoor pursuits.

She is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council. In 2012 the Minerva Foundation for BC Women honored Marija with an award for leadership and excellence in the technology industry.

Matt Thomlinson

Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise & Platform Services

Matt is the Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise & Platform Services at Electronic Arts. Matt has been with EA since 2016 and before being CTO, he served as our Chief Information Security Officer. In that role, he was responsible for protecting EA’s global enterprise, online gaming services and payment systems, and defending EA’s hundreds of millions of global players.

He is a deep technology leader in the software industry, well known for his 25+ year career as a cybersecurity expert and has held industry and government advisory roles. In addition to his accomplishments in security, he built and secured cloud services at enormous scale during his time at Microsoft. He was recognized as a 2014 Federal 100 winner for his work to secure the US federal government and involvement in creating the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and was a 2015 Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader. He is currently one of the DNSSec Trusted Community Representatives entrusted to secure DNS, the foundation for our global internet.

Matt holds a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. He is a keen college football fan and lives in Seattle where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Vince Zampella

Co-Founder of Respawn and Group General Manager, EA Studios Organization

Vince Zampella is the Head of Respawn Entertainment, a studio he co-founded in 2010 and that was acquired by EA in 2017. Zampella also oversees the future of the Battlefield franchise, with DICE (Stockholm, Sweden), Ripple Effect Studios (Los Angeles, CA) and Ridgeline (Seattle area, WA) responsible for creating Battlefield experiences - all reporting up into his organization.

Respawn has created numerous critically acclaimed, best-selling games such as Titanfall, Titanfall 2, the Oscar-winning Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond exclusively for Oculus VR, Apex Legends and STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order

Ripple Effect is responsible for developing Battlefield 2042’s mode, Portal, that allows players to use powerful builder tools to customize maps from the game as well classic Battlefield games such as Battlefield 1942 and Bad Company 2. The studio continues to support this mode and is starting work on an new, unannounced game set in the Battlefield universe.

DICE created the Battlefield franchise in 2002 with Battlefield 1942 and has continued to grow the series into one of the most immersive and best-selling first-person franchises in the world. The studio is also responsible for Star Wars: Battlefront, the largest scale first-person shooter in the Star Wars universe. Under new leadership, including Assassin’s Creed and The Division veteran Rebecka Coutaz, DICE is currently working to elevate its most recent release, the ambitious Battlefield 2042

Ridgeline, led by Halo co-creator Marcus Lehto, is focused on expanding the franchise’s narrative and world in exciting directions.

As Head of Respawn and Group General Manager for EA’s Studios Organization, Zampella oversees the studios’ game teams, providing guidance and support across their multiple projects. He is a key member of the EA Worldwide Studio organization’s senior leadership team, reporting into CEO Andrew Wilson.

Prior to founding Respawn, Zampella co-created Infinity Ward – a studio specializing in military action shooters. Infinity Ward’s creation, Call of Duty, was first published in 2003 by Activision and quickly became one of the industry’s most prolific video game franchises.

Paul Cairns

Chief Business Officer, Electronic Arts

Paul serves as the Chief Business Officer at Electronic Arts. He leads the teams responsible for EA’s long-term commercial arrangements and strategic partnerships. These include sports, racing, entertainment IP, talent, and music licensing. Paul also oversees EA’s relationships with first-party platform partners, including the world’s major devices, subscriptions, and networks on which games are played. In addition, Paul heads corporate development including M&A, technology licensing, third-party game development, and supports EA’s external publishing of partner titles, and business development in Asia.

Paul first joined EA in 2000 from Harbottle & Lewis in London, one of the UK’s leading media and entertainment law firms. In 2008 he returned to Harbottle & Lewis as a partner where he continued to represent EA as outside counsel. In 2012, he relocated with his family to Seattle, WA, and ran business development for Microsoft’s first-party studios before re-joining EA three years later to lead the Business Affairs & Development function.

David Tinson

EVP and Chief Experiences Officer,

Electronic Arts

David Tinson is a dynamic business leader who has thrived driving marketing and communications transformation at global scale. He has spent more than 20 years at Electronic Arts in strategic leadership roles, and in 2023 he became EVP and Chief Experiences Officer.

David leads EA’s Experiences organization, which includes the Commercial, Marketing, Communications, WWCE and EAX teams. These teams are responsible for creating innovative tools, inspiring content, and entertainment experiences to amplify the power of community beyond the bounds of traditional games. His team works across EA’s many renowned brands and franchises, including EA SPORTS, Star Wars, Apex Legends, The Sims, Battlefield, Need for Speed, and more.

Prior to becoming EVP and Chief Experiences Officer, David served as Chief Marketing Officer, a position he assumed in 2020. In that role, he led all aspects of EA’s global marketing organization, including brand management, communications, social impact, creative and design, production, community engagement, social influencers, marketing analytics, consumer insights, athlete relations and paid media. 

Under David’s leadership, EA’s marketing teams have received awards and industry recognition for their work, including in 2023 winning the coveted Cannes Lion Grand Prix for Brand Experience and Activation for the integration with Apple TV’s Ted Lasso. In 2022, the team won the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix for the EA SPORTS FIFA “Long Live the Prince” campaign, and additionally the team has earned accolades from the Clio Awards, Digiday Video & TV Awards and Webby Awards. Previously David’s teams won Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition from Cannes Lions for FIFA 20 and a D&AD Wood Pencil for FIFA. 

David has been recognized numerous times by the industry for his marketing leadership. In 2023, he was named to the Campaign US CMO 50 List and Insider’s list of Most Innovative CMOs. In 2022, David was named to the Forbes Entrepreneurial CMO List, celebrating 50 chief marketers transforming marketing, commerce and culture. A leader in the global marketing industry, David has spoken at prominent industry events including Forbes CMO Summit, Reuters Strategic Marketing, Brand Innovators Marketing Leadership Summit, World Federation of Advertisers CMO Forum and UNC’s Sports & Entertainment Summit. Also in 2022, David completed the IRG100 Global CMO Leadership Program.

A champion for advancing innovation in the marketing communications industry, David serves on the MMA Global Board of Directors, is an advisor to NYU’s Executive Master’s in Marketing and Strategic Communications program, participates on Paley Center’s Media Council, and is a member of the UNC Hussman School of Communications and Media Board of Advisors. He is also a member of the World Federation of Advertisers and the Arthur Page Society. 

As an advocate for mentoring, David is part of Adweek’s CMO Executive Mentor Program and Brandweek's Sports Marketing Summit “Mentor 100”. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a B.A. in journalism and mass communications.

Mihir Vaidya

Mihir Vaidya serves as Chief Strategy Officer for EA where he focuses on Corporate Strategy and championing EA’s long-term growth opportunities. In this role, Mihir oversees Strategic Planning, Business & Market Intelligence, and Business Strategy teams.

Prior to joining EA, Mihir was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he advised the world’s leading technology, media, and telecommunications companies - representing a collective $1 trillion in market capitalization - with a specific focus on corporate strategy and holistic transformation. 

Mihir is an alumnus of the University of Toronto and lives in the Bay Area with his family.
